Seed Engineering for Kids

Description:
Join Bailey Zook from Montana Natural History Center for Seed Engineering and help your child gain a deeper understanding of plants. Why do plants make seeds and why do they need to be dispersed? This hands-on lesson that will help kids to think about how to disperse seeds from the plant perspective. We will guide children through the engineering design process to ask, imagine, plan, create, test, improve, and reflect on their creations. This program is suitable for kids ages 5 & up. Please register by calling or stopping by the Library.
