Researching your Family Tree
2:00 PM
North Valley Public Library
Western Montana Genealogical Society (WMGS) is giving a talk on Genealogy and Researching Your Family Tree at the North Valley Public Library on Saturday, November 18 at 2-4pm.

The Genealogical Society's members provide tips and tricks on how to begin researching your family's history and a Q&A session to answer specific questions that beginner genealogists may have about their own tree.

Researching your family tree is like being a detective into the past; clues are in middle names and locations.

There are excellent, no-cost sites available online to assist you, and the WMGS has local records available in Missoula. If you have an interest in researching your family, or have hit an obstacle, then this class is for you.
